What are the benefits of buying a sponsorship package over regular tickets?

As a sponsor at any level, you will have seating in the premium center sections, as well as other benefits such as being able to attend the post-show receptions and/or the pre-show gala, depending on your level of sponsorship. In addition, all sponsorship packages have a tax-deductible value. Regular tickets are not tax deductible. Those who purchase regular tickets will not be able to sit in the center three sections of the rink on either side. For a list of specific benefits of a sponsorship package, please visit our individual sponsorship page.

How large does my group have to be to purchase tickets at a group rate?

Groups must be 10 people or more to qualify for the group rate.

Do you have a group discount rate for students?

No, there is no group discount for students, since it is so low compared to other prices.

Do you have handicap accessible seating?

Yes, handicap accessible seating is available in sections 2 and 20. If you require handicap accessible seating, please let us know when you purchase your tickets.

Are tickets available at the door?

Tickets are available at the door if the show has not sold out. If the show has sold out, we will have discounted tickets for standing room at the show, where if you find an empty seat after the first 30 minutes of the show, you can sit.

What age counts as a senior and what counts as a child?

A senior is 65 and up, and a child is 12 and under.

Where can I stay in Boston/Cambridge?

There are several hotels in and around Cambridge, many within walking distance of the rink. We encourage you to stay at our in-kind donor hotels, the Omni Parker House in Boston.

I am a skater who lives in the area. Can I skate for the show?

Yes! Every year we invite approximately 6-8 skaters from the Massachusetts area to skate in An Evening with Champions. If you are interested, please send an email to info@aneveningwithchampions.org. There is also the opportunity to skate in the show through our new fundraising initiative, Skating with Champions.

How can I help promote the show in my area?

Send us an email and ask how you can help! We would be happy to send over some posters and flyers.

When and where will the show be broadcast on television?

As of 2008, the show is no longer being broadcast on television, but it will be posted on IceNetwork.
